Family member as cofounder … what do I do?

Has anyone started a business with a very very hard to work with ego-centric family member?

  • So why did you agree to it? I had an egocentric cofounder and he drove me crazy. Every decision will be won by him with a “of course it’s obvious this is the way to do it”. Uhh I guess I’m an idiot.

    Luckily we had a common friend who mediated our breakup without me losing too much equity in the process.
