Are NDA’s worthless?

  • For startups, basically.

    For larger companies with lots of lawyers, probably not.

    An agreement written on paper is nothing more than “right to sue”

  • We use NDAs, they have been broken a few times by developers and there was nothing we could do about it. Unless you have money or are at a stage where you can actually enforce it or do something about it if they break it. Still good to have, but trust is important.
