4 years of no revenue

Been a 3 person team for the past 4 years, I do not make enough revenues to sustain. I believe that was because we tried to do b2c and it failed. I see potential in doing b2b but the team has gone down to being just me and one other guy (both techies). I am out of money and don’t know what I should do about it. I have debts which can be paid off even if I get 1-2 projects right, but if I take up a job, it will take me 2-3 years to pay it off going by current salaries. I don’t know what to do.

  • When I was short in cash, I did consulting gigs. The real advantage of that is that you can be flexible. Do 1-2-3 days of consulting in your startup week. Stop when you want, resume when you need. On-site freelance programming isn’t too hard to find and pays off very well.

Anyhow. Start with a good night’s sleep and a week off. That’s what everyone needs.
