My startup is going well, but the more progress we make the more I learn my weaknesses and limitations as a human and a solo founder. I am not sure I’ll be cut out for this for the long term. The hard parts are just too hard. I am too flawed.

In my opinion, there are two types of entrepreneurs: 1. Those that like (and are good at) starting things, and 2. Those that like (and are good at) growing things.

Perhaps you fit #1.

Figure out what drives you and embrace it.

I choose to get a CEO when i discovered that i realy loved to make products, not a company. I took the companie from idea to marked. She took it from 5 to 15 employes. It is a great relationship. She is world glass at her work, so am I.

I agree with the above points. Talk to people and get out there. Others feel the same way I promise.

No human being is truly flawed. We are just imperfect. Go on a weekly reflective stroll, and spend some quality alone time with your psyche. Reflect on those limitations, and make course corrections. This can either be accommodated with the use of other people’s resources or your one. The waves may be high, but as the saying goes a safe harbour never made a great captain. And, I repeat – you are not flawed.
