Please don’t feel like your career and success as a startup founder defines your self worth as a person!! Remember that there are so many other things in life that make life work living- family, friends, contributing to community, any hobbies you might have.

But out of all of them family is the most important. I think it is really awesome that you are taking in consideration your wife’s needs.

I hope you take care of yourself and get some mental health support (which by the way there is absolutely no shame in getting!).
