The developer working on our first MVP is committed and kind and is a chronic interruptor!

Listening halfway through conversation before jumping in and then I talk over him until he stops talking.

Things are cool now but magnify this interaction x1000 during a stressful situation and I foresee things becoming intolerable.

How should I set up a communication style that works for both of us?

  • I’m ADD and interrupt a lot. I’m aware of this so when people keep talking regardless of me yammering I remember to shut up.

    • Thanks. Not sure about his level of awareness until I ask him, I’m going for the coaching approach, ask him if he’s aware that he’s doing it, take his lead on best way to manage it
