Relationships with employees

My cofounder is partying with our employees, I see it on social media, what do I do?

  • This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as long as the line isn’t crossed in the office. It’s one thing to be friendly, it’s a whole other thing to be a push over.

  • Kick this student lifestyle guy. Partying is for loser and freaks. employees are animals. You don´t hang around with them.
