What is it like to negotiate the sale of your company to EMC?

Do they try to lower the price later on in the process?  Do they try to get some of the escrow money later?

  • Fo sho! They’d tell you they changed their minds and call you names. Then insult your intelligence if you don’t acquiescence for not getting it. I’m talking about the Eccentric Madmen Company.
