I decided to license my product to a company, we agree on everything. They have Lawyer’s write up agreement. They order stock of product, then decide they can’t do this deal and back out.
So, my now I have stock that they purchased. Question: Should I pay for the stock on my terms or theirs?
If they signed the agreement you can try to sue to enforce. If they didn’t you’re SOL.
