Burnout usually comes from too much of a particular task or particular kind of task. Maybe you love your customers but are exhausted from answering the same complaints repeatedly.
Shift work around to others, automate the work, or try to figure out a way to never have to do the work (solve the root cause)
I always have a garage business going. I sell old stuff, tech, books, cds and such on Amazon and ebay parttime. It is so NOT a “real” business that is gets me rooted, chill out with Pandora or last.fm sumpin totall diff than I would normally listen too.
