My business partner and I have an equal share of our business. We act as real estate brokers for a few banks selling their real estate. Since we set up (one year ago), my partner has been consistently lazy, not doing his fair share and generally not bringing any business to the table.
I work non-stop 6 days a week whilst he lazes around more like a part time employee with no boss than a full time owner of a business. I have aired my thoughts many times but no progress has been made. What should I do?
Buy him out.
Buy him out or bail and restart on your own saving you some cash.
If you worry about something rather than business schedule and effort, you should kill the worry and perform in the Business and avoid mind killers.
