Northwest actually has an option for setting up an LLC all by yourself. If you’re willing to put in the time, and don’t need a registered agent, then you can do it with their help for free.
While ZenBusiness has a ton of experience, all their experience has only come since 2015. Northwest Registered Agent Services have been in the game since 1998. That’s last century.
Again, nothing can compare to a local company that’s always kept it local. They’re committed to no auto-generated emails, and when you call them, the person will actual help you. And you don’t have to figure out how to contact them—all their information is at the bottom of every screen.
Both of them have excellent turn-arounds, with 2-3 options on all their paperwork.
Winner Overall - Northwest Registered Agent
Maybe we’re just suckers for old-school customer service, but that’s what pushed us over on Northwest Registered Agent. And we also mention that because ZenBusiness is really a fantastic company.
If you go with them, you won’t be disappointed. But if we have to pick (and we do, because that’s the job), we’d pick Northwest.
