May i know What was the start up all about?

Well you said it, your Startup failed. Which means NOT YOU. It is important to de-link yourself from your idea / company / startup. My suggestion for the immediate term is to get back into doing daily things well, simple stuff that you can have ritual around, like going for a walk or something like that. Treat yourself as a your own younger sibling, how would you treat them if their startup failed; compassion and understanding for yourself.

For me it has been two years and still difficult
