Been there. Hustle hard and get a part time job now even if it’s temporary. Putting in 15 hours a week elsewhere will give you a break and pull in some money.
This time I waited too long and I’m paying consequences, but still moving forward.
As someone who has slept in their car… Don’t do it. It truly messes bad with your psyche. Hustle even if it’s uber on the weekends.
Thanks. I’m stuck in Asia on some business that’s taking longer than expected. Was able to reorganize my financial priorities to slow down burn rate. Learning to expect expenses to balloon.
and yes, soon, i’ll be increasing my remote freelance/contract commitments

The most talented human beings in society create great successes, and every guy out there thinks he is capable of competing with the very best.
Yes, it’s the dark side. And I’m hacking it. (I didn’t plan on making money for three years and I’m one year out). It’s been an adjustment to expect unexpected personal expenses and slow down burn rate when cash flow is good.
Imagine you can’t pay your bills- what will you do? Make a contingency plan now. That will take some of the scariness out of it. What is the worst case scenario- homelessness? You stay with a relative for a while? You get a smaller place? Foreclosure? People have lived through much worse.
Good advice. Yes, I’m structuring so that I can at least stay in a cheap place and not be homeless.
Find a job and if you can try to run it on the side. It will take longer and might kill the project but at least you have a life.
