I hate our product, our customers are douchebags, and the CEO is a sociopathic cunt who treats everyone badly. But I make good money, and I have a family to look after… so I’m trapped here. I feel absolutely worthless.

Sounds like you’re not confident about the value you can bring to the table.

All CEOs more less are sociopathic cunts…but status Quo is not good in your case. New job is what you need if you plan to live longer.
