I get a lot of ideas, I keep talking about executing them, but have never tried executing them. This has caused all my colleagues to lose faith on me, and I am all alone. I need to get people trust me, and get back my confidence. Suggestions!

    And I doubt that brainstorming sessions followed by not following up on them is causing anyone to lose faith in you. We all do that. You need to look deeper if people are avoiding you.

  • I think you need to figure out why you continuously fail to execute. Lazy? Afraid of failure? Get to the bottom of it and then force yourself to see 1 of your ideas through. That will make you confident and everything else will fall into place
