How to issue stock certificates without a bank account?

I have a US Delaware Corporation. But I’m a foreign entrepreneur. It seems like I have to be physically present in US to open a company bank account. How do I show in record that I have paid money for the stock certificates I issue myself without a bank account?

We hit success and it can really be huge. I am too depressed to get out of bed many days. Faking it for a few months now. Has anyone ever come out of this? How long? Doing everything in my power to take care of myself but this is frighteningly long

Somedays I look around at the success others are having and wonder what the hell I'm doing wrong. Am I not hustling hard enough or do I just suck at what I'm doing?

Shut down and re-open to get away from investors?

We went through an accelerator and raised a small convertible note afterwards. Co-founder bailed, company stalled and no progress has been made for 2 years due to burnout of remaining co-founder. Money has run out. No contact with investors. Now ready to give it another go, but money has run out. Is it a must…

I don’t know if I want to continue because of my co-founder

It’s my second startup and I we have just finished successfully an acceleration program. The company looks interesting, there might be a great opportunity ahead of us, although I am tired of my Co-Founder. He is 15 years older than me and has a great financial background, however, he doesn’t know anything about building a company. He is…

Is Sad in Silicon Valley really a thing?

I just listened to this anonymous TED talk http://adbl.co/2qH5eGi about how mental illness is rife in Silicon Valley and how technology products actually make it worse and SV is doing nothing about it.  Sounds like a 1% non-problem to me.   Is it really a thing?

Company fell apart due to infighting

So, the startup that I was a founder of … just fell apart.  There were multiple founders, and we are all angry and are going our separate ways.  We are not currently speaking to one another, but were great friends before all of this happened (friends for 10 years). To those of you that have…

Found out that my idea already exists. Should I continue?

I have an idea on creating an app to connect pet lovers all over the world. However, after 6 months of hard work, we just found out there is a website (and app) called yummy pets that’s been around for 6 years. Now my team is torn apart and they all gave up, except for me….

Advisor claims 20% stake in company w/o agreement, does he have a case?

He’s some famous has-been (exited in the 90s, blew all his cash and didn’t make enough) in a hot hype field and zero’ed in on us. We were introduced at a conference, and met him several times since we’re in the same city. We gave him some consulting work to do as a trial, and…

Ok to still be feeling burnout?

Shut down my startup about a year and a half ago. For the most part I have come to piece with the startup ending (was not easy), but now when I have a new idea … really just no longer motivated anymore. Got a good gig now working for something. But still miss the excitement…

Failed Founder. Can’t define myself anymore.

Shut down my startup of 4 years. I’ve started doing job interviews. I seriously don’t know how I should define myself now and I’m getting depressed. I don’t have the patience to sit down and execute anymore, I see myself on the business side of things, with experience (albeit a failed one). Ideally I want a…
